Through our collective efforts at home, we can ensure our waterways thrive and create a lasting impact downstream. In the Spring of 2025, partners across Texas will conduct litter cleanups in every major watershed and along the coastline to work towards a Trash Free Gulf.
Our Mission
To prevent trash from reaching our waterways and the coast and raise awareness of Texas’ outsized role in the health of our rivers, lakes, and oceans. We aim to:
- Connect Texans with their waterways and the Gulf
- Reduce individual and corporate use of single-use plastics and polystyrene foam
- Prevent trash from reaching our waterways and ocean
- Recycle properly and support the use of more recyclable materials
